CAN MUSIC BE REQUESTED BEFORE THE
WEDDING?
Yes..you can request music through your online account up to 3 days
before the wedding.
DOES THE CHARGED TIME INCLUDE TRAVEL AND SETUP?
No...The charged time don't start until the DJ starts playing.
CAN I REQUEST SONGS NOT BE PLAYED?
Yes..through your account you can request songs you don't want
played.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Prices are available after you check for availability and fill out the
request form, you will be sent an instant estimate...
CAN YOU PROVIDE MUSIC FOR THE CEREMONY?
Yes..but the playing time would then start at the beginning of the
ceremony.
CAN WE PICK WHICH EVENTS TO DO AT THE RECEPTION?
Yes..just fill out the events page in your account.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
Just click on the "Book" Link on the homepage and fill out the online contract, you willl then be given an icon to pay the deposit with paypal or a charge card, or you can mail a check to the address in the contract. Once the contract and deposit is received, we will snail mail you a signed copy of the contract.
CAN WE PICK WHICH DJ WE WANT?
Yes..but on a first come first serve basis...If requested, we will let you
Know which DJS are still available that day..otherwise you will be
assigned the next available DJ that best fits your event...some DJS
book their services and some unknown person shows up..we will tell
you upfront who your DJ is.
WILL THE DJ MC THE EVENT OR JUST PLAY THE MUSIC?
The DJ will MC the event and play the music, unless the couple
requests their own MC at the time of booking.
IS THERE TRAVEL FEES TO MY AREA?
No Travel fees for any reception under 50 miles of Meadville, PA.
After that its $1.00 per mile. Travel fees already figured into the
Instant estimates...
DO YOU HAVE BACK-UP EQUIPMENT?
Yes..not only back-up equipment, but in most cases a back-up DJ also..
CAN WE REQUEST THE MUSIC BE TURNED DOWN IF ITS TOO
LOUD?
Yes...our DJS are sensitive to people's sensitivity to loud music..we
make sure the volume is at a reasonable level..in fact, most times
people will request the volume to be turned up when appropriate.
WHAT IF I WANT A SONG NOT IN THE ON-LINE MUSIC
LIBRARY?
We will try to get the song for you...and will let you know either way if
we were able to get the song. Usually we just download the song from
the Internet so we have a good success rate at finding songs we don't
have.
